When you place an order we collect your name, mobile number, email address (if given), city and delivery address. If you pay in advance, we also keep the payment screenshot you upload.

How we use it

• To confirm your order with you by phone or WhatsApp.
• To check your payment, if you paid in advance. Only VAQT staff can see payment screenshots.
• To hand your parcel to our courier for delivery, and to email you when it ships.

We don't sell your details or use them for anything else.
